Rare 1930's Stuart Turner live steam boiler and S. T. Marine engine
Marine engine, made in England around 1930, for antique toy motor boats. The unit is on it's original fire resistant plate, so it's ready to mount. This is a classic oscillating engine with a 7/16th inch bore and stroke, and the copper boiler is silver soldered with a protective metal outer casing. The boiler is 1 3/4 inches in diameter by 5 1/2 inches long, and fitted with a safety valve.

The entire plant with engine measures about 9 inches long, 3 inches wide, and 4 1/2 inches high.
